Delete your account

In the app

1. Tap ≡ at the top right, in the lobby or at a table, to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and the app goes back to the lobby as a new guest account.

By email

If you can't use the app, write to support@playtrueodds.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include the account ID shown in the app under ≡ → Settings → Account (it reads "A guest account on this phone" followed by the ID), so we can find it. We will confirm by email when it's done.

What is deleted

• your account, its install ID and the hashed secret that signs you in, and all its sessions;
• your chip balance, and the history of every change to it;
• your daily bonus, streak, refill and offer records;
• your tables: their state, your seed pairs and your round counts;
• your open connections to the table server, which are closed.

Deleting can't be undone. Your chips, including any you bought, are lost and can't be moved to another account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records: the store, its transaction or order ID, the product, the chips it gave, the date, and any refund, linked to the deleted account's random ID. We keep these for 7 years from the purchase, after the account is deleted too, so that a store transaction can never be credited twice and refunds can still be matched.
• A break you're taking: if you delete your account during a break from the tables, we keep the date it ends, under a one-way hash of the install ID the app made (not the ID itself, and nothing else), until the break ends, or for good if it's for good. A new account started from the same install of the app starts on that break.
• Rewarded ad records: the ad network's transaction ID for each view, with the account ID, kept for 30 days after the view.
• Server logs, which can include your account ID: up to 30 days.
• Backups of our database: up to 35 days, until they roll off.

Deleting your True Odds account doesn't delete what Apple, Google or the ad companies hold about you; their own settings and policies cover that. Settings stored on your phone are removed when you remove the app. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
