Your account ID

Open ≡ → Settings. Under Account, the app shows "A guest account on this phone" followed by your account ID.

A purchase didn't arrive

Chips from a pack are added once our servers have checked the purchase with the App Store or Google Play, usually within seconds. If the app couldn't reach us, it sends the purchase again the next time it opens. If your chips still haven't arrived, write to us with your account ID and the store's receipt.

Refunds

Purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies: ask Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through your Google Play order history. When a purchase is refunded, the chips it gave are taken back.
